Competitions
endif; ?>Competition is the climax of the robotics year. Many teams and hundreds of people come together to compete in heated rounds with their newly crafted robots, and each year has its own unique challenge. Every competition is based around alliances. In each round, alliances of three teams each compete to be the winning alliance of the round. The more rounds you win, the higher ranking you will be. A key part of the competition is the autonomous section of each round. In this allotted portion of time, robots are not controlled by humans, but rather move on their own according to code programmed into the robots before competition.
